Hi @riajul, For the payment zip, country, address fields are mandatory without these fields Authorize.net will not accept the payment.

This feature will be available in future release.

No issue in this plugin. Issue in the website. I have fixed the issue in website.

For now, no option for add multiple MID’s. I will add it ASAP in next version.

Please provide me more details so that I will check and confirm, what is exact issue.

Email Address is default and mandatory field. So you can not remove it from admin. If you need in any specific scenario then you can delete it from code.

I have just update plugin with setting for form heading tag. So, please install latest version of plugin (2.5.1) and set the tag from admin setting. You will get tag setting drop-down just after form heading setting.

You can do the changes from admin setting. Heading will be manageable from admin setting of plugin.
