Ok, I found the problem – when the theme is deactivated the black dot disappear – The theme is – Genesis Child Theme – Magazine Pro. And I had try at least 4 different child theme from Genesis and the result all the same, the black dot is visible.

Ok just deactivate all plugin and activate 1 by 1 to see which plugin show u that error thats what i do ….
