In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Bricks theme incompatibilityHi @wpforchurch ,
thanks for your reply, I apprecaite it.
However my comment was for “Bricks” theme/page builder https://bricksbuilder.io/ and not “Bricksy”.
Can you please look into it? Bricks have the ability to create query loops, and visualy to design all the pages/posts/archives using dynamic elements. However, when I try to do that with WP Sermon Manager, I can’t to that.
This is one example of the taxonomy (sermons) I’m not happy with: https://bit.ly/hbciki-sample.
I managed to style the single sermon page and all sermons archive page. Thanks

Hi @wpswings
thanks for your reply. Just keep in mind to update email notification for the same. I mean, when the voucher is being sent by email, the amount should include VAT.Regards
Hi @wpswings, @makewebbetter ,
I wanted to check if this feature is included in the last version?Regards
Hi,
thank you! I appreciate it.can you please notify me somehow when this feature is released?
Thank you!
I appreciate it.Looking forward to it.
Thanks for your reply,
but as I said the VAT added value in the dropdown would solve the problem. And that is on the side of your plugin. In that case we will have this math:
Product price without VAT: 360
Product price with VAT: 450Gift Card price without VAT: 280
Gift Card price with VAT: 350So if it is calculated difference without VAT on the checkout:
360-280=80
and then added VAT on the result:
80+VAT=100
and that is correct.User story 1:
1. John wants to buy a gift card for Jane’s birthday
2. The site offers 5 gift card values: 350, 450, 600, 800 and 1000 kn
3. He wants to buy the gift card for 350 kn and Jane can buy from the store in that amount
4. He goes to the site and buy the gift card that said it is 350
(since VAT is not added to the prices in the dropdown, this is the total price, VAT is excluded on coupon card)
5. He buys the gift card and the coupon code is sent to Jane’s email.
6. Jane go to the site and add the product that is 450 (360+VAT) and add it to the cart.
7. She apply the coupon code, and she gets this calculation 360-350+VAT=10+VAT= 12.5. Shop owner loses 87.5 kn here.
8. John is happy, Jane is happy, but the shop owner in not happy. Bad solutionUser story 2:
1. John wants to buy a gift card for Jane’s birthday
2. The site offers 5 gift card values: 280, 360, 480, 640 and 800 kn (prices without VAT)
3. He wants to buy the gift card for 280 kn and Jane can buy from the store in that amount
4. He goes to the site and buy the gift card that said it is 280. However, on the checkout it said 350. This is misleading and bad user experience.
5. He buys the gift card and the coupon code is sent to Jane’s email.
6. Jane go to the site and add the product that is 450 (360+VAT) and add it to the cart.
7. She apply the coupon code, and she gets this calculation 360-280+VAT=80+VAT= 100 – remaining amount
8. This is ok for the store owner, Jane is happy, but John is not happy. Bad solution. Those are 2 cased where you have bad solutions.
as I said the solution would be if you add VAT to dropdown.Regards

yes, i know that…
but we have different problem then.Example:
User buy gift card for 350 kn (without tax)
(The problem here is that prices with taxes included should show in dropdown. However in the checkout VAT is added. So we have this discrepancy which is not very good experience.)
Price of the product that he is buying: 360kn + VAT = 450knHowever on checkout math is like this:
(Product price VAT excluded) – (gift card value) = Price + VAT
360kn – 350kn = 10kn + VAT = 12.5kn
The VAT is added on the difference instead of each value. I know that we’d avoid this by going without taxes on all products but we have a lot of products and we need the VAT because of the company’s paperwork. And in reality it should be
450kn – 350kn = 100knSo, the ideally it would be perfect if we’d have the Giftcard prices with VAT included in the dropdown. That would solve the problem.
Thanks
ok, thanks for your quick reply!
Can I exclude VAT of the gift card when user apply the coupon in the checkout? All others products have VAT added.- This reply was modified 2 years, 10 months ago by shinedesign.

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] books orderHi Nikola,
thanks for your response.
1. The language is Serbian
2 “Enable book sorting in dropdown box” is checked. How can I arrange the order? Should it do it automatically? Automatically didn’t work. I tried to do drag and drop but it didn’t work neither.
Thanks,
I didn’t know about that option.
