As Takayuki Miyoshi requested to a another thread & it would be the better way. But I would like to request you to check your SPAM folder. If you can see the confirmation message then I am pretty much sure that it has been sent anywhere. One more important thing you can check that is MX Records from your cPanel.

Doesn’t work for Twenty-Twelve Theme

I have same problem. I solved it myself & it will also work for you.
1. Open your wp-config.php & search the word DB_NAME, here you may see the DB_NAME name is “wordpress”
2. Change the DB_NAME wordpress to your Data-Base Name. For example my Data-Base name was “budget-rental” and I changed it by define('DB_NAME', 'budget-rental');
