Hi Predrag,
Apologies for the late reply! Yes, I have done that actually, but I had to use Forminator instead of Hustle for two reasons.1.) I added checkboxes to the email capture (see bottom of this page: https://academy.greenopedia.com/)
2.) I had to first send the emails to Google Sheets (via the integration your team built) and THEN (using Zapier) send them from Google Sheets to Omnisend. (I couldn’t find a more direct route.)
By the way, if it helps, the admin area of Omnisend looks nearly identical to MailChimp. In fact, it’s soooooo similar that it looks like they copied MailChimp entirely… and then improved upon things that weren’t great in Mailchimp. ?? Given that, I would guess that creating the connection to Omnisend wouldn’t take much work on your team’s end, because it’s probably a near duplication of whatever you’ve already done for MailChimp!
Also, since Omnisend is such a close competitor to Mailchimp (but with better UX/UI and at a lower price), I think you’ll find that many of your customers have already migrated over or will soon. Sooooo it might be worth bumping it a little higher on the dev list?? (Selfishly, I would obviously love that.) ??
Thank you!!
Sherylp.s. I’m not sure if it matters, but this is on a custom post type.
Hi @joost,
Per the instructions on the Page Analysis tab of the SEO plugin, I removed some stop words from my slug. So then I went to the Advanced tab to enter the new URL into the 301 field. But then when I try to access the actual post, I get a browser error that tells me the redirect isn’t working properly and might be because of (something to do with) cookies. I cleared all the cookies with my website name in them, but still no-go.
Am I missing a step? For example, do I need to use both the canonical AND 301 fields together??
Thanks so much for your help. And for the plugin …. it’s fabulous!
