I am still having the same problem I have had a WordPress website before and had no problems creating a dropdown list of categories. But with this theme when I create my dropdown categories and save it. Then go outside to view it as a reader would. It will show me the different categories under the title on the menu bar, but when you try to click on the individual categories it will only take you to the page of the title(parent) category. It does not allow you to view only the individual category. I have given up on this for now. And am now just using the Category widget in my sidebar, this is not what I want but is the best I can do for now.
