Problem resolved. All working now.

As per 10web team, it was due to some hidden special character used in the description text.

As per your instructions, I deleted the plugin and installed it again.
The Lightbox did not work.
Then I uploaded the file BWGViewGalleryBox.php to the specified path.
After that, the lightbox worked but the description text is not displayed in the description box.

The description box is there on the top right corner of the lightbox but description text is missing.

The file you suggested worked. But there is one problem in the lightbox. In the lightbox window, the current image is displayed with description but when I click on > (next) or <(previous) button, the images are displayed without any description.

Photo Gallery Image still not loading in Lightbox even after deleting the auto-optimize plugin, setting Lazy Load to ‘NO’ and Developer mode to ‘Yes’.
