    Hi Jeppe,

    thank you for reaching out.

With the release of our new version earlier this year, we disabled the multisite synchronization as we are redesigning this piece. (Our previous version was embedded in the WooCommerce pages, but that gave all sorts of problems, so earlier this year we decided to move out of WP and create a web based solution instead.)

The store sync is currently in development and will be a standard feature by the end of this year (we have it planned for release shortly)

The way this will work is you will be able to select the different location from the top filter on the page ‘Store’ and either select all, or individual stores. At a later stage, we will also release a multi-warehousing feature, but that is planned beginning next year.

We will make sure to update the documentation on WordPress – last thing we want is to mislead people ??

    Hi,

thanks for reaching out – as we discussed by mail, there was a time-out issue with the synchronisation, but with the new release this has been resolved.

With regards to your first question – we are also releasing a new feature this week ‘Invite Your Team’ where you can have up to 3 private logins. We’re right now testing the functionality, if all goes well this will be released this week, latest next week.

Please let us know if you have any other thoughts or questions ??

Thanks for the suggestion, yes – that makes more sense. We’ll add it to our roadmap and will include it for a next release ??

We’re making some changes right now to the landing page and to the reports (in particular stock projection report and a new sales forecast report). Thanks for your feedback, really helps to make the extension better

    Kind regards,

    Robbie

    Hi Otzify,

this is Robbie, cofounder of Shelf Planner.

First of all, I want to apologise for the bad experience with the previous version. We love WordPress, but for a program like ours it has been challenging to get it to work across all platforms and setups.

We have released a new version of our extension, basically a complete overhaul of the program, designed with api first in mind, faster and easier to update going forward.

Have a look and let us know if you agree with us

    Thanks, Robbie

I’m glad to hear you like the extension ??

We’re currently designing the logic of how the PO entry can work in a simple and effective way for users not using the purchase order function that comes in the extension. It’s one of the top priorities, as incoming stock is a main kpi in the calculations.

In the current design you can manually enter this, or use the Purchase Order function (see image below) that is built in the extension. (I have added some more information here) That might be the easiest and quickest way as a workaround.

With regards to the variations – yes, we do all calculations on a variation level, up to 5 levels (for example product / colour / size would be 3 levels and we generate the order proposals on the lowest level, in the example above on size)

Hope I understood your question, please let us know if there’s anything else ??

    Hi,

Our plugin works without any problem with Bulky Product editor. Any ‘standard’ WooCommerce measure or value that you update in Bulky will also be updated in our extension, as in the example below, when changing of updating product stock values:

    We do however have some unique parameters you can only manage in our extension, such as supplier, lead times, weeks of stock and for example cost prices;

To answer your second question; we create order proposals using current stock, incoming stock and your store’s sales forecast.

At the moment, we do not integrate incoming PO’s, but you can create these in the Purchase Order pages in the extension. Alternatively, you can update incoming stock manually in the ‘Manage Inventory’ page (see image below) We do have integrations to import PO’s in our roadmap and plan to release this shortly.

(you’ll find more information about all features on our support site)

I hope this helps – please let us know if you have any other questions.-
