I’m using Paynamics Gateway

Hi there, i’m sorry for the unclear statement.
The payment is already approved by the Payment Gateway but the status is still “Pending Payment”. May I know what’s wrong with this? Thanks

But it won’t disappear when the user types a word there.

I was looking like this one. I have custom product designer but some users are not techy esp old people. I want something simple of which users can easily input a word into that field.
