The error message is:
Error: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. Get support for resetting your password.
As mentioned, other emails are being sent from the site (e.g when I select ‘send password reset’ from a Users profile, the email is sent/received, or when I change a membership level and select ‘notify user’, the email is successfully sent/received etc) it just seems to be an issue on the /lostpassword/ page.
Any ideas?? We did recently change our email servers from Gmail over to MS Outlook so wondering if there is a known compatibility issue there?
