In reply to: Blocking the WordPress ajax interface with Easy Digital Downloads pluginHi Pippin
I think I have finally fixed the issue, I got the hosting company to check all the files again and we found that there was an incorrect permission set up on the Admin Ajax file and that is now fixed.
Sorry for taking up you time this issue, I just could not find what the issue is.
And I have say EDD is a great plugin and if you want me to give it a good rating let me know. Just send me the link.
Thanks
Sheena

We only starting having problems with the EDD plugin when we updated the WordPress to 4.2.2 software and all plugins
I have set up a test download on a post for you to show you so if you go to this link
https://theletter.ie/issue-38-autumn-2006/
Press the test button and you will see that it will not activate. The button above it was set up before the update and was working and not it is not working now.

Okay maybe adding categories in another issue, but below are the main issues we are having with EDD;
1. In the downloads when I have added a new download I click on upload a file and it takes me to the “Insert Media” page. None of the files are appearing in the “Media Library” Tab I have clicked on the “upload files” tab and added the file there but it then won’t allow me to click on the “insert into download” button2. In the Post I click on “Insert Download” and it opens the form but when I click on the top down and type in the download “Mic” the dowload I am looking for does not appear.
I hope you can help please.

What does EDD stand for not sure what you mean there? I don’t think I have a problem there. My main issue is I can’t add categories in my posts section this issue only started when the error “Your site appears to be blocking the WordPress ajax interface’ comes up.
Not sure if it is related to the error or just happened at the same time maybe you can help?
Thanks

I am not sure what I am looking for, is it this:<?php twentyten_posted_on(); ?>
I don’t know much about code so here is the total code for her loop.php[ Moderator Note: Please post code or markup snippets between backticks or use the code button. Or better still – use the pastebin. As it stands, your code may now have been permanently damaged/corrupted by the forum’s parser. ]
