Oh just to add the plugin I disabled was WC Fields Factory

I had the same thing and I disabled a plugin which rectified that.
However, in my system status I have this:

Secure connection (HTTPS): ? ?Your store is not using HTTPS. Learn more about HTTPS and SSL Certificates.
Hide errors from visitors ? ?Error messages should not be shown to visitors

I have no knowledge of code and do not know how to edit files. I saw the post on GitHub but I don’t understand it.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I changed the settings shortly after you posted but my laptop battery went flat before I had a chance to reply.
I will ask a friend to try and checkout on my website then mark this post as resolved if it works.

If you look at the screenshot on the link I provided you can see the 2 differences in how my site looks with the plugin activated and deactivated. I have had to leave it deactivated because my site content is out of sync with it activated.
Can you help with this?
