I’ve updated WordPress tonight to 6.1.1 but it’s still the same. I hadn’t done any updates at all when I first noticed it had changed.

I’ve tried so many different settings today to try and get it back to how it was. I’m just so baffled. X

I’m having this exact problem and have absolutely no idea how to fix it. ??

I’ve spend hours searching and trying and I’m completely out of my depth as I’m not very techy.

I’ve cleared the cache with my host, cloudflare and browser. I’ve tried deactivating plugins from the files in cpanel and I get an error telling me the file is empty but when I click it the plugins are there.
I’ve had masses amounts of registered users that looks like spam, but I only found them tonight when I logged in to my emails with my browser. They didn’t come through to my phone and I’m worried sick that my site has been hacked.

My website is https://www.tpgifts.co.uk if somebody can advise me on what to do I would be forever grateful.

Just to let you know that I downloaded WooCommerce from here:

I deleted the download from GitHub and everything is working now.
Just thought I’d give you the heads up in case you had the same problems as me.

Ok so the issue is the woocommerce plugin directory name is different than woocommerce.
Please could someone tell me how to fix this?

I’m using storefront and the only thing that stopped working on mine was the storefront powerpack. On my system status I had 2 error messages about html and customers seeing error messages (cant remember exactly what they said)
On re-installing the previous version my mail chimp plugin stopped working as it didn’t recognise woocommerce but was fixed by the developer. He said the woocommerce plugin directory name was different than woocommerce.
I have no idea how to fix it as I’m a plug and play kinda girl but if you have any ideas please do let me know.

I have downloaded and installed the previous version of woocommerce from github.
Every thing is great again but now I’m getting errors when I try to install new plugins.

*** This plugin only works in conjunction with the Woocommerce Plugin! It seems you have not installed the Woocommerce Plugin yet, so please do so before using this Plugin. ***

Is there a way I can fix this please?
