Hello @thecelticdev ,
Sorry that you are still facing the issue!I’ve inspected the site’s page source and it shows that the code is completely minified as you can see here. This suggests the Minify setting might be enabled server-side, potentially through something like the Google PageSpeed module.
In this case, I’d recommend to reach out to your hosting provider to check if a Minify feature is configured server-side.
Also, you should check the?Score Threshold?field, since you’re using Google reCAPTCHA v3, check decreasing the value to 0.5 as per Google’s recommendations.?
Hope this helps. Thanks ??

Hi @ngothaikhang ,
We’re sorry to hear about the trouble. From you form here, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!
HI @marinambm ,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with email deliverability.
Before we get into the details on that, however, it’s a good idea to first do a quick check on your notification settings (if these are formatted incorrectly, it can prevent the email from arriving successfully, or even being sent). You can check on this by opening the form builder and going to?Settings > Notifications, then comparing these settings against our tutorial.
If all of your notification settings look correct, but you’re still seeing delivery issues, this can be a result of a broader email issue. As spam gets worse (and more clever), ISPs and email service providers tighten their restrictions. We’re seeing that they are starting to block and/or spam many emails that previously would have gone through and been delivered with no issues. This often includes WordPress emails.
When you send an email directly from Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or similar services, that email is “verified” that it’s legit and did indeed come from that source.
By default, when your web server sends an email (which by proxy includes WordPress and WPForms), that email is not authenticated or verified. Instead, it is sent anonymously on?behalf?of your email address. This is one of the metrics email providers are starting to leverage as they combat spam.
The way to resolve these deliverability issues is to configure WordPress to send authenticated emails. Essentially, that means installing and configuring a plugin on your WordPress site that tells it to send emails authenticated instead of anonymously. We have a great article that discusses our recommended SMTP plugin options in detail.
I would definitely suggest checking that article out for all the details and setup an SMTP plugin with a popular mailer that should resolve the issue by improving the email delivery.
Hope this helps. Thanks ??Hi @asamaras ,
Thanks for reaching out!
The code should work however printing values on the page with this action will affect AJAX form submission.
Could you please disable AJAX form submission for this form and see how it goes?
Thanks ??Hello @andrewsearles ,
Thanks for reaching out and it’s sad to hear about the trouble. We have a built-in style editor that is available for the block editor and all Full Site Editor themes. You can learn more about this here.
To customize the font color on your contact form, you can use the WPForms block settings in the WordPress Block Editor, and here is our guide for the same.
In case you are using Elementor, you can still make the changes within the Elementor builder as outlined here.
In case your site does not use the block editor/Elementor, there are two options for customizing the appearance of your forms: writing custom CSS or using a non-coding plugin called CSS Hero (which creates CSS for you).In case you’re curious, you can learn more about CSS Hero here. They have native integration for WPForms – so that means when the CSS Hero plugin is activated alongside WPForms, it “just works”. Plus it can be used site-wide, not just for your forms.
If you’d like to see how CSS Hero works with WPForms, you can check out the Live Demo option on their site.
And if you’re willing, an alternative option is to create your own CSS. We currently have two starter articles on the topic:
1)?First one
2)?Second one(builds upon that first tutorial)I hope this helps!
Let me know if you have any other questions ??Hello @thecelticdev ,
Thanks for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear about the trouble!Could you please double check and make sure that the site key and secrect key are correct? You can also try regenerating a new one and see if that helps. Also, make sure to add the domain without any ‘https:// or https://’ like this.
In case you are using any caching / optimization plugin on your site, I’d recommend adjusting that as per this guide.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions ??
