Where’s the playback link located? I still haven’t seen it? Yes, we had that feature enabled and would get the .pdf in the panel/settings/BBB next to the presentation in the old. I’ll add the request, it’s important to some of us.

Alright, I sorta have it figured out. Once we create a class, we have to copy the token, then go to appearance > widgets > rooms (wherever we placed it) then enter in the token each time we have a class. At least it’s showing now. Then take it out when we are done. (man that’s a bit much as compared to what it was)

Just did a quick run through. We have enabled shared notes. We’re used to seeing the pdf generate next to the presentation. Don’t see either of those on a test session we did. Is there a place to see it?

“They go to Rooms and click on Create New. The new room can have a title, description, and options for wait for moderator and record.” ….Got that. But the new classrooms do not show when created as a drop down in the widget for the student to choose and login under?

“The new version of the plugin gives each room its own page” …Don’t understand. Why would there be a page at all? Just log in through the widget? Seems like this is painfully over complicated. Teachers login to the dashboard and create their rooms and assign passwords before class. Once the recording processes on the server, the classroom is deleted. I must be missing something.

Again, I have two classrooms created, but there isn’t a drop down. This is now the #1 problem to be solved as we can’t hold any classes currently. I can’t wait for further instruction to outline how were supposed to set up class rooms. **ack**

Setting up the plugin is trivial. It’s setting up the server that the plugin points to that requires someone who understands linux and the back end. If that’s you, just head over to BigBlueButton.org that has all the info that you’ll need. Also, the google group is absolutely invaluable. There’s a user section, and also dev section that has helped me troubleshoot when things don’t work so well. If not, you’ll need someone that can do all of this for you. Heck, I dunno, email BBB direct, for pay they may do it for you(?) or point you to someone who can.

Checking in again, still no change. BBB server side now updated to 2.0RC1, cleared out all old recordings, updated WordPress, and still recordings aren’t showing in WP. I’m not getting any error’s either. It’s quite weird..

Good to know Im not the only one!

Now upgraded to 4.9.1, still history does not show?
