In reply to: [Virtue] classic vs block editorThanks. Gutenberg seems way more cumbersome and annoying than the old version of WordPress typography, which was more like MS Word, etc, with simple drop-down menus at the top. I do realize that wasn’t your doing.
In any case I don’t see where font choice is.
(it also drives me nuts when I try to embed a video because it moves things around, but eventually I usually either get it working or just do the whole thing in html)Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Virtue] classic vs block editorHere’s 3 minutes of me clicking around and trying to figure out how to get the menu to appear. It did when I clicked on classic paragraph but that was the only way. What am I missing?

In reply to: [Virtue] classic vs block editorHere’s the problem: This tutorial (relevant part pasted below) says that if I click on the three dots at the top right I get access to text appearance choices. I don’t see it there and I can’t figure out how to get it or where to find it.
View all Settings
Adjust the appearance of the block’s text with the following settings.
If you don’t see the setting, click the three dots to the right of Typography (as shown on the right.) You can then choose the option you want to access:
- Font size
- Font family
- Appearance
- Line height
- Decoration
- Letter case
- Letter spacing
Click each setting once, and a checkmark will appear next to it. You can then close the three dots menu to view the setting.
The settings available will depend on the block you are using. Not all settings will necessarily be available on all blocks.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Increase font size of response messageThanks. Totally do not understand that. I guess I’ll live with what I have.

In reply to: [Virtue] Mobile menu not showing up depending on widthI had tried it and it pushed the menu to the right (as I mentioned above).
But now it seems to be working again with your code. I wonder if where I placed the code made any difference. I had also made some other changes. Maybe that made a difference. Anyway, seems to be working okay now. Thanks!
FYI Still trying to find a reason to be in Montana so I can come perform for your company!

In reply to: [Virtue] Mobile menu not showing up depending on widthFYI not a plug-in problem because I tried de-activating all of them and it didn’t fix the problem.

In reply to: [Virtue] Mobile menu not showing up depending on widthThanks, but that fixed one problem and created another. That moved the menu halfway to the right so it now requires two lines.
(I changed it back)FYI my css had, at the top,
`@media (min-width: 992px) {
.col-md-4.clearfix.kad-header-left {
display: none;
}
.col-md-8.kad-header-right {
width: 100%;
}
}
(I took out the top half when I put in your css, but with it or without it, same problem)Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Virtue] DrawAttention plugin incompatibility?Okay, somehow it wasn’t working but I trashed the page and redid it under classic editor and it seems to be working, although the menu isn’t visible on narrow screens (unless really narrow, like a phone).

In reply to: [Virtue] sticky menusThanks. I found a plug-in that worked, with a bit of help from the plug-in company. Is there an advantage or disadvantage with a plug-in vs css or does the plug-in just put in css that I don’t see?
Anyway, problem solved.

In reply to: [Virtue] sticky menusIt also got rid of the colored bar at the top so the menu across the top isn’t separated from the rest of the page. Although I’m not sure if it’s better or worse that way. I looked at some other websites and they vary.

In reply to: [Virtue] sticky menusThanks. It worked for IvyStandup.com but not for BrainChampagne.com, where it moved everything up so it cut off the top of the page, and also changed the color at the top so hover led to white text on a white background.

In reply to: [Virtue] Virtue Social Links WidgetOkay. Except for custom css would the pages look the same? Or would this require changing the layout of every page? Between my several websites I have around 200 pages.

In reply to: [Virtue] Moving sidebars to the other sideSure, thanks. I already put in the code for all the pages I want to have the sidebar on the other side.
If I changed it to this so it was all one line of code instead of separate lines, would that have any effect on the page load speed?

In reply to: [Virtue] Moving sidebars to the other sideOh, and to be clear I know how to find the page numbers so I can use your css to move all the sidebars to the left, and then just the regular sidebars back to the right with the other css you gave me.
I was just hoping that instead of additional css for each page there was a way to list all the page numbers in one line.Thanks!

In reply to: [Virtue] Moving sidebars to the other sideOkay, so I know that in general sidebars go on the right. Menus go on the left or top.
My menu is on the top. But there are some pages with an additional menu that should be on the left. But it’s not coded as a menu, it’s coded as a sidebar.
All the pages on the left linked to on this page:
https://www.ivystandup.com/hire-comedians
(that page has the sidebar on the left because you gave me the css, but I think I should have all the other pages also with a left menu/sidebar, such as
