Hello Team,
I appreciate your understanding. I hope that the field issue, along with others, will be addressed in the upcoming update. Thank you once again for your attention to these matters.
Hello Team,
Thanks so much for the fixes for 1 and 2. That snippet worked.
I apologize for any confusion in my previous message. Regarding the third issue, the field I mentioned is in the Profile Settings and appears on the Info page. It is not associated with the About Me widget editor.
Hello Team,
- Regarding point 1, I am not referring to the direct upload feature. When hovering over the profile picture, a tooltip appears with ‘Change Avatar,’ which is misleading as clicking on it only reloads the page. I recommend removing this tooltip since it doesn’t serve the intended purpose.
- In continuation with point 2, despite having the ‘Cover Image Uploads’ option disabled, the ‘Change Cover’ button still appears on the profile picture. Since, the ‘Cover Image Uploads’ is disabled, this button should not be visible and is a bug.
- As for point 3, I’ve attached two screenshots illustrating the problem. In the first screenshot, I added a bulleted list, underline, and color formatting to the heading text. However, after saving and viewing the Info page, only the underline text formatting was retained, while the others did not display correctly which is in the second screenshot.

Hi @kainelabsteam,
Thank you for looking this into for me. I tried deactivating all of the plugins except Youzify and BuddyPress and switched to the default theme, and the Activity post with the YouTube video issue was still the same.
By looking at your video, I believe you have the ‘Video posts settings On’ on the Youzify settings page. Could you please try disabling that and only have the Status posts option enabled? You might be able to replicate that issue then.
Also, with the Register form, I can confirm there is something that is conflicting with this.
Hello,
Thanks for the quick reply. I can provide more information to replicate these issues. I’m using version 1.2.2.
YouTube video activity post issue:
I do not have the video posts enabled in the Youzify settings. However, I do have the Status posts enabled. To replicate this issue – Go to the Activity page > Click on the Status option > Paste a YouTube link > Click Post. Link to the screenshot https://i.imgur.com/NN8Rwzo.png The activity post will be posted however, it won’t be visible.Register shortcode bug:
Add a new page > Paste the shortcode [youzify_register] > Save and publish the page. Do not set this page as a Register in BuddyPress Pages settings. Now go to this new Register page, fill in the details, and click Sign up. This Register page would refresh however, won’t redirect the user to the page that says “An activation link has been sent to your email address”.I hope this information may have helped replicating these. Thanks.
Hello @kainelabsteam it looks like the verified badge color shows the same blue color on the Login/Logout widget.
I would also like to report another bug where I’m unable to share any Youtube video posts on activity stream updates. Steps to follow:
Go to Youtube and copy the video link by clicking the Share button underneath the video.
Go to your activity page, paste the link until the thumbnail/preview loads, and click on Post.
You will see that the Youtube video activity post is never displayed on the activity stream page. However, in the backend, the activity update got posted but it was never displayed in the activity stream.Hello, @kainelabsteam thanks for the CSS snippet.
In regards to the login page, the login page refreshes instead of logging me back and this issue still exists. I will look into this issue by following your suggested steps.
I will mark this forum topic as resolved since the original issue has been fixed.
Also, I just found a critical bug for the login page. Whenever I log in from the site.com/login page, it never logs me at all instead it again redirects me to the same login page. However, if I log in from site.com/wp-login.php it works fine for me.
Thanks so much, @kainelabsteam that worked like a charm.
Can I please report a bug? The bug is about the Verified badge color. When you change the verified badge color, on the profile the badge shows the correct color however, in Activity Steam, the Verified badge still shows with blue background and white color check icon.
Hi @kainelabsteam thanks for your quick reply. Following is the link to the screenshot where the marked area in an Activity Page that I would like the counter “2” to hide:
https://i.postimg.cc/hv8K2xr4/image.pngHi @kainelabsteam I would like to disable the Upload Photo option in the About me Widget. However, the above-mentioned snippet did not work for me. I have added the snippet in my child theme’s style.css. Is there something that I am missing?
Hi @kainelabsteam I have tried your screencast and unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I found that all the tabs in the Tabs Settings had their “Display Tab” unchecked. I switched them on for the Overview and Info tab and after saving them, they again got unchecked. Then I tried checking other Tabs checked along with the Overview and Info, when saving all of them again got their “Display Tab” setting unchecked again.
Hello @kainelabsteam it appears to be this problem is also occurring with me just like @bughead I have observed that deactivating Youzify brings back the navbar, however, installing the Youzify hides the entire navbar on the profile. Has there been any solution to this problem yet?

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Fatal Error on ActivationHi Ben,
Unfortunately increasing the memory limits is still solving the issue. There must be something else which is causing this issue.
