is there a way to double check

thanks for getting back I used duplicator plugin I got two files and uploaded the to Microsoft one drive do you think that means my site is fully backup now

I have installed s2 member it seems to be what i want basically i want people to register but only get access if the are approved by me
I have set it free subscriber but will that allow them to get a password for access automatically I tried testing it but am on local host and nothing happened did not get emailed a password automatically

I have registered two user in s2 member but now it has come up user registration not allowed
what do think is wrong

got it sorted went to php clicked ini file
max upload was already set to 64m
put post upload was set to 3
changed to 64m all good

I’m new at this {but enjoying it }
I could not get in to wordpress after installing the code so I went into php admim and dumped data base and started again
do you know of any good you tube video you can recommend on this
or the best way to backup any work done .
Im back to where I was before I tried installing the code,
I copied that bit of code of this website
so I thought it was as simple as copy an paste
I think I was running before I could walk
step by step I think
any help welcome

my question is I cant login in my own user name I had to make another one tried forget password and they send me new one and then they say wrong password again how do start a new post as I don’t to jump on some one else post
