actually i had switch myproject from wordpress to Joomla….. and i got to know Joomla is Must easy then WordPress … but my client want his project in WordPress bcz its easy to use….

and second reason was … i was not getting any help from internet and from this forums to ….

My blog works, but is missing the CSS style. Or when I click any links, I am taken to my old site.

This is due to WordPress storing your domain name as a piece of data in its database. Here is the way to fix the problem.

1. Go to yourblog.com/wp-admin/ and login.
2. In the left hand menu, click Settings.
3. Click General.
4. Next to WordPress address (URL), enter the correct domain and path.
5. Next to Blog address (URL), enter the correct domain and path (usually the exact same).
6. Scroll all the way down and click the Save Changes button.
7. Return to your blog; it is fixed!

I cannot get to myblog.com/wp-admin/ and login.

This is more technical, but works every time.

1. Login to cPanel and click the phpMyAdmin icon.
2. In the left hand menu, click the database name corresponding with your WordPress installation.
3. In the same left hand menu, click the wp_options table name.
4. Click the Browse tab in the top left corner.
5. Look for the row with option_id = 2 and option_name = siteurl. Click the pencil icon in this row.
6. Replace the existing URL with the correct domain and path. Click the Go button.
7. Go to page 2 of the rows where you find option_id = 39 and option_name = home. Click the pencil icon in this row.
8. Replace the existing URL with the correct domain and path. Click the Go button.
9. Return to your blog; it is fixed!

yes Thejas i think u r somewhat right that i cant totally convert my whole HTML website TO WordPress …. But i think its not impossible also dude … i had treid creating new template and replay it with Default one but in that i am facing CONTENT PART CSS Problem …. thanks anyway Thejas ….

No dude i tried that method

i paste the code and included only HEADER AND FOOTER

i got my INDEX page without sidebar and category but now the problem is when i am adding any page in that the CONTENT/IMAGES OR FLASH is not shown in that … even i treid CSS in that part

#content.{} …. but the also nothing is shown in INDEX PAGE.. ONLY INCLUED PART ( header,footer ) part is show ..

pls help me

yes u are right WP generate auto class and id for pages..
and dude i tried the way u said that’s checking per page ID/Class and change it CSS but the prb is same as i said above… that’s

if i change any code its automatically changed in all pages…secondly i saw the code .. in my theme (benny) folder there is only footer,sidbar,index, etc .PHP pages ..and each page is link or u can say its INCLUDE with it so i i change any code in any page its auto changed in all …

so after searching all i got to know … when we ADD or CREATE any NEW PAGE its auto save in database .. so how i can change it page..
please help me any one its very urgent … i am still waiting

yea i forget that point…. going by each page id or class …

but bro suppose in my website i have around 300-600 pagess .. so i have to edit each page by going it id ,class css …

bcz in HTML,PHP website we just copy any page and start editing in it …

any simple method
