Hmm right, I recently changed some settings in all in seo plugin sitemaps where all these image posts where included in the sitemaps. Later I made the changes and now none of these posts are in sitemaps

I believe that change caused them to get indexed in google? What is your thought on this?

But that post is getting indexed in google creating duplicate content.

I see two working permalinks

1. https://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Zebra-Crossing.jpg
2. https://www.example.com/zebra-crossing/zebra-crossing/

Both are working, How to get rid of second one.

There may be many other files inside that zip file. Unzip it look for another zip file with the theme name and upload that zip file.
