Thank you so much, I’ve spent ages trying to work out what the problem was. I find that version so much easier to use.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately Pro is not an option as my blog is just a hobby project.

I did try the demo from the link you gave and it switches between desktop and mobile without a problem, with firefox and chrome. Seems the problem must be specifically with my blog, which is running the latest versions of wordpress and plugins.

I am using Relevanssi, which I seem to remember reading that it isn’t compatible with WPtouch. That was the reason I wanted to be able to switch my mobile to the desktop version.

Scrolling to the bottom of the home page, there is the option for Mobile or Desktop, but selecting Desktop just refreshes the screen as the Mobile version.

Using another mobile it works as expected, but using an Acer 11″ tablet it just shows the desktop version, with no Mobile or Desktop option showing.

Is it a problem with the Huawei P8 lite causing it not to work?
