    Really appreciate the help with this… I don’t have anything like this under header.php but I do have something similar in index.php and single.php. Both of them read the following
    <body>
    <div id=”wrapper”>
    <?php include (TEMPLATEPATH . “/banner.php”); ?>
    <div id=”container”>
    <div class=”content_top”></div>
    <div class=”content_center”>
    I don’t see any extra </div> included… Any ideas?

    Well, there were a few other problems but I’m not sure they matter at this point if I’m starting all over…

    Why would WP experts say not to use an older theme? Sounds to me like you could end up having to change themes every two years… And how do you go about finding a very similar theme? We spent quite a while locating this one that we finally liked, and now we find out that its not a good idea to keep it.

    And I should have mentioned that I have no idea what I am doing with this web design (I’ve gotten to this point with just trial and error), which is probably why your first paragraph sounds like code.

    Thanks for your response… Did you mean for that fix to sound like “start over?” If so, that is a devastating blow… I’ve put way too much time into getting it to this point. Isn’t there just some missing code or something that needs to be fixed?
