FIXED! justhost.com is my server host, they just replaced my sql database with a backup so all is fine. great support there on justhost.com

would it be of any concern if i was trying ‘repair table’ for another wordpress database in the same server. could this have messed this one up?

there is a load of tables in the database on phpmyadmin except the ones shown, what could have happened?
