what if I was to modify the child theme? how would you write this in the code?

I have a CSS plugin but I just dont know how to add social media icons in the code for the header

I have the icons images and I was just wondering what the best way of adding them to the navigation bar would be… if I have to use a plugin I will but I’m not sure what to use right now.

Make sure that the image is NOT linking anywhere, you can find this option inside your post’s gallery

All you need to do is under appearance>menus create under Custom Link, in the URL write # and label it Dropdown, add it to the menu. Then add the categories to the menu and simply move them under the dropdown (once you are done with this you can change the name of the dropdown to portfolio, work, etc.) Once you have them underneath simply move them a little to the right but still under this custom link.

If you access https://www.sharongolod.com from chrome you’ll see at the bottom left a smiley face

You will find this in the style.css

Look for

#secondary {
clear: both;
display: none;
padding: 50px 0;

then comment the line where display: none; shows and you are good to go!
