@nickandrea19 – it is because you need to make the changes in /wp-content/themes/<respective theme folder> and not in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mobile-pack/themes/<theme folder>
If you are doing latter, may be you need to deactivate and again activate the plugin thru the dashboard.
