At first, activate WP default theme to check the issue is for the theme or not.
Also, check if there is any plugin conflicts or not. Deactivate all your plugins then activate one by one to see any plugin causes the issue or not.

3. Install theme required plugins.
Then create posts.

Did you update any plugins/themes recently? If yes then deactivate that tool

Also, Can you check Site Kit from an incognito browser window, while disconnecting the Analytics module and connecting again?

If that fails please share any console errors which may appear on the dashboard which is not displaying any data.

If it helps, deactivate all your plugins except G Site Kit and then reactivate them one by one and see if you find the issue.
