So mistakenly the admin that uploaded most of the pictures on my site and took care of the widgets and plug ins was deleted. So far what I have read is there is no way to get them back with the work that was done? right now I cannot figure out how to get this widget that has the black writing with the “contact us” and other options to stay at the bottom of the page. It used to have a slider that had pictures of new arrivals. I cannot find where that got added. Any help would be amazing or if you need further clarification I can try and make better sense of my issue.

I did go back to a previous date of April when it was backed up but still do not understand why the widget is messed up. Went to a previous version of WP, reinstalled the most current version after that did not work. went back to previous plug in versions as well. From what I understand it was not transferred from one user to another the users were simply deleted.

No I saw it had an update pending and didn’t update just yet was going to wait until tomorrow morning had a lot of orders. As for the /wp-admin I can log in that way, I check the update and it’s still 4.8.1 and I had not updated yet. If you actually try without doing the /wp-admin I don’t think you can even find a log in button or account menu to bring up. Not sure what’s going on

I can’t even log in when I try and click the account it says whoops page not found
