Sometimes wordpress plugins and even wordpress themes makes ShareThis buttons to disappear(due to conflicts)
In that case you can try adding the ShareThis code manually to your site pages. For that you will have to uninstall the previously installed ShareThis WP Plugin.
We can provide you the guidelines on how to achieve this using manual installation of ShareThis code.
Its a bit tricky procedure.

Yes, this is related to the “st_url” parameter. The url to be shared is specified in this parameter. Are you using a plug-in that integrates ShareThis plug-in or using a native ShareThis plug-in since this is working fine with native ShareThis plug-in. (Please note that ShareThis uses the_permalink function of WP to crawl the post URL).

The options “Automatically add ShareThis to your pages/pages?” control the behaviour of buttons across posts and pages and not the other tools (Like Hoverbar / ShareNow).

If you wish to have Hoverbar only on posts, you can disable Hoverbar from plug-in & copy the Code for Hoverbar from https://sharethis.com/publishers/get-sharing-tools (select “Website” at “Step 1” and you should see Hoverbar at “Step 2” under “Bars”) and place the ‘script tags’ in your Main index template(index.php) and ‘span tags ‘ in Single Post template(single.php) to achieve this.

When you enable “Automatically add ShareThis to your posts?”, ShareThis buttons appear both on the Post excerpts as well on individual post pages. If your Homepage is WordPress Page, you can stop the buttons from showing up by disabling “Automatically add ShareThis to your pages?*” option from ShareThis plug-in configuration page.

Please register to ShareThis to get your Publisher key. You can then copy your publisher key from this page – https://sharethis.com/account/
and replace it on ShareThis plug-in (or alternatively, Click on “Click here to register” link on ShareThis plugin configuration page and follow the instructions)
