Thanks for the feedback.

We think you’ll be hard pressed to find a more mobile-optimized toolkit for social sharing ?? Shareaholic is very optimized for Mobile and offers many related features. That said, we’re always open to and welcome feedback and if there is an area we can improve, we’re all ears and will implement if technically possible.

1. Shareaholic does open Mobile Apps in most cases. For example, give Twitter, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, SMS, iMessage, etc etc etc a try. They all open the App. Note that you need to have the App installed in order for the App to open.

Facebook (not Messenger) in particular, prefers that the link is opened in the browser and they provide the visitor with the easy option to open their App:

2. Shareaholic also supports the Web Share API which makes it possible to share links to other apps installed on the device in the same way as platform-specific apps. This can be toggled on from your Shareaholic settings. It’s a great option for Mobile and very easy to enable. As a bonus this also enables Instagram sharing!

3. Shareaholic also has a mobile optimized QR Code / Copy Link feature that facilitates easy sharing of links between devices. Have you given this a try?

4. And goes without saying that all our interfaces are mobile responsive and retina device ready.

With regards to support, our apologies for not getting back to you sooner. It’s quite unusual that you haven’t received a response if it’s been a while. We need to prioritize our paying customers to be a sustainable product and business that is able to deliver and sustain a quality product.

Hi @stingpin If you install the Shareaholic WordPress plugin, it also comes with pre-configured placements. Have you installed the plugin?

It is not possible to change the icon colors in the “all share” panel at this time.

Because there are lots of potential placements for Follow Buttons that a site owner may want. The way it is currently gives complete flexibility for where to place the buttons on the page without cluttering up the admin interface.

We will consider adding a few automatic options in a future release.

1. Turn off “custom icon colors” in settings.
2. Add the following CSS (similar to what you did for brightness):
