Yes, I did, and I cleared the cash at both the site level and page level (using the WP-Optimize plugin). That leads me to wonder that maybe it is this plugin that caused the bug in the first place – after I run an optimization and the page was deleted permanently automatically from the trash can (as part of the optimization session)?
Either way, maybe I just need to make a new copy of that page and delete the current page (my site is not live yet. I’m still with the “discourage search engines” option ticked)?

Ok I’ve followed the procedure you told me (by using the health check & troubleshooting plugin) went back to the default theme (Twenty Twenty) and enabled only the Yoast duplicate plugin. This strange notification was still on that page.. So, I guess it’s not a conflict between plugins or themes..
In the guide you mentioned it’s said that maybe the problem is at the WordPress setup or server level.. which I don’t know that that means. What should I do then?
    Thanks again,

    Right..
I cleared all of my catch on both the site and the browser and the issue persists..
I’ve tried also to reinstall the Yoast Duplicate plugin as well (same version here v4.1.2) and I still see the notification in that page..

    What should I do then?
Is it ok if I just ignore the issue or disable the yoast duplicate plugin?
(until you will update to newer version)

    Thanks again,
