I’m in contact with your Brainstorm team via email. I hope they will also fix these issues in the upcoming update release as promised.

Ok, so should I define original? Each image will look different that way, it wasn’t like that before. It automatically predefined the picture properly before the theme update.
Anyway, what about the other image issue- that there is no even tiny space between them and the text below them?

    Sure, my site is lightliz.com

Navigate to the latest published post (about starting writing online) to see the featured image stretch problem, and look at one of the posts other than that one to see the images cling to the text below issue (I added spacers manually below my images in the recent post, so it isn’t shown there).

*The images that are clung to the text below them are not the featured images but the post-body images.

I just troubleshot?the issue with the dedicated troubleshooting?plugin, which shows that the Astra theme is the culprit.
The issue remains with Astra while all plugins are disabled and doesn’t occur with the Twenty-Thirty-three theme while all plugins are activated. Maybe it’s a compatibility issue with the recent Astra theme update and the?PHP?8.1 version installed on my site?
I also have distorted Pinterest pin images in the posts featuring pins. It also seems to be caused by the recent theme update, and I contacted your email support about that.

    Thanks @mailerlite

I wasn’t aware of using an existing form with the plugin shortcode. That works, thanks

    I see @bluehostsupport

Ok so for now, I would stay with the free Cloudflare CDN and maybe’ll change it later.

    Thanks for reaching out @bluehostsupport

However, I have already contacted your support today about this issue, and the agent told me the problem is caused by the free Cloudflare CDN, and to solve this I need to remove the CDN and go back to Bluehost DNS.

I don’t want to remove Cloudflare CDN now, but the agent told me to either stay with the issue or remove the CDN. If you know how to fix the problem without letting go of the free CDN, I’d like to hear it. Would that be possible I’d be glad if you could escalate it for me through the email support on your site

    Important update @mailerlite :

When I went to the Chrome console to get the full response, I got a 403 error on Cloudflare ( I have the basic cloudflare CDN integration with Bluehost) blocking me from updating the action, and that I guess false positive by their CDN firewall.

So, it’s your code that triggering my Cloudflare security protocol for some reason. However, it also occurs with few other codes for example while embeding a Mostadon post.

Bluehost has told me that if I want to fix that I need to delete my Cloudflare CDN, but I don’t want to let go my CDN.. Otherwise I might leave Bluehost when my Packedge ends.

Anyways, if you have ideas on how to generate form codes in your site so that it won’t trigger my CDN – great, if not, I would need to change my hosting company.

    Thanks @benniledl

    Ok, done.

It seems some issue with Cloudflare CDN blocking me from updating the widget for some reason. I use Bluehost integration with Cloudflare CDN, what they call: the “Basic Cloudflare” package.

*I replaced my Cloudflare ID and IP numbers with ### for privacy reasons.

So, here is the full response from the console:

    Attention Required! | Cloudflare

    Please enable cookies.

    Sorry, you have been blocked

You are unable to access cf-prod.bluehost.com

    Why have I been blocked?

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

What can I do to resolve this?

You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.

Thanks @desrosj for your thorogh response.

    To your questions:

    • I indeed have the updated Bluehost plugin version 2.13.8 installed
    • There is no error in debug mode while updating a Mostadon post in the editor, yet the red Jason error notice remains, and I can’t embed a Mostadon post.
    • That also happens in my other WordPress blog with Bluehost, where I have installed a different theme (Neve) and plugins. This is another hint that it’s something to do with the server, isn’t it?
    • For your question on Kinsta, I meant instawp.com (I was confused with the names). Anyways, I’m using Bluehost on both blogs. I only tried Insta’s free limited-time site sandbox once (as Kathryn suggested) to see if I could reproduce the issue. So I installed on Insta sandbox the same theme I have on my Bluehost blog and all the relevant plugins, and I could update a Mostadon post (and also my Mailerlight form code) there with no issues.
    • For the “wp-editor” script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor (wp-edit-widgets or wp-customize-widgets).” error regarding my Mailerlight form code, can you link the relevant forum so I could publish my issue there?
    • The new widget block editor is part of WordPress, so I didn’t find a separate dedicated support forum for that plugin.. Isn’t it relevant to Guthenberg as you are the block editor, and the widget block editor uses the same tech as yours?
    • Finally, I already tried deactivating all my blog plugins and changing the theme to the default one (the 2023 theme), seeing the same Jason errors while updating a Mastodon post or my Mailerlight form code.

    Hi Kathryn,

As I mentioned in the thread, I tried to check the issue on Instawp, and I hadn’t had the issue there. So, I highly suspect it’s concerning the Bluehost server side.

I contacted Bluehost, and they told me that “they are working to fix that with the Gutenberg editor”, but I guess that it doesn’t the case. They told me that almost two months ago and the problem still persists.

I guess we are in a deadlock unless you have some other idea

Hey Jonathan @desrosj , just checking if you read my last response, and what can you suggest me to do?

    Thanks

Hi Jonathan, and thanks for your thorough try to help.

I confirm I use the standard custom HTML block of WordPress.

However, the problem persists even when I disable all plugins and change to the default theme (2023).
Therefore, I bet it’s some problem with the Bluehost server (not their plugin), and the block editor as debugging mode referred to the issue with Bluehost. I copied the error debug log of that issue in one of the previous posts in this thread. You can check it out.

I also got a similar Jason error when I tried to add a custom html block in the new widget blocks editor. It was a newsletter form box of Mailerlite. Their support has checked the issue and said that the code was valid. I got this error message in the debug mode: “wp-editor” script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor (wp-edit-widgets or wp-customize-widgets).”

What I infer from the combination of the two Jason error cases is that it’s something to do with a conflict between the block editors or/and with the Bluehost server or my WordPress core files.

Oddly, though, some embed formats like YouTube videos and some other custom HTML codes work successfully. For some reason, there is a conflict between the block editors and specific embed formats like signup forms or Mostadon embedded codes.

    What do you think?

I’d be glad If you had an idea to solve that bearing my last details.

    Thanks again,

Is there any news with that?

I tried now to embed a Mostadon post with no success..

    Thanks
