When I deactivate all plugins which go with Theme modal window from left side is disappear, but stay grey transparent Shape at all my screen. Which can not give me work with your plugin. I believe you plugin has conflict with Highend Theme.

Highend Theme is paid theme ($49) at Mojo Market. Users more that 1 millions.
You can take Theme for test at my dropbox.

Another plugins I do not have. I have only Highend Theme. Theme very good. Replace Theme I can not. If plugin not work with best Theme, I need replace your plugin.
