Just wanted to update this thread for anyone who’s been reading it and for future readers.
The code worked perfectly – I put it in the wrong place the first time around. So, for anyone who tries it, be sure to put it on the right side of the screen under Block > Advanced > Raw Custom Css.Thank you @codersantosh for taking the time to help me with this. Your expertise is MUCH appreciated!
@codersantosh – It did not work. The title is still not clickable. I will contact you through your website to discuss additional details.
@codersantosh – Thank you for updating the plugin! Enable Link on Box works great. But now the Title area of the box is not clickable. I have my gallery set up to show a title on top of the image/box on hover. Now, if the user hovers over the image and tries to click on the title, nothing happens. Also, there is no way to disable the Gallery Pop Up Icon under the title. I was able to make it 1 pixel, so it isn’t noticeable. But, the area under the title where the icon is cannot be clicked either.
Is it possible to add the ability to enable a link on the title AND box? If custom code is necessary, I’m open to that.@codersantosh – That would be great! Approximately when will the next update happen?
I really appreciate all your help.
THANK YOU!!!@codersantosh – Thank you so much for continuing to respond to my questions.
When I choose the Gallery Module, there is no option called “Single Column Block.” The image you included says “Dynamic Single Column,” and I don’t see that anywhere within the Gallery Module either.
BUT…When I click one of the columns, it does say “Single Column” on the right side of the screen, in the settings section. After clicking around in the settings I found the link option settings and the overlay color settings. But, the Image element still does not allow a title on top of the image. Bouncing between all the boxes and tools is very cumbersome and confusing.
I can’t possibly be the only person who has struggled with this issue, especially since the many of the Gallery Templates use the Gallery Widget.
The Gallery Widget is very robust and offers lots of easy-to-use design options in one place. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add the feature to Enable Link on Image to the Gallery Widget.
I really don’t want to spend hours finding and wrestling with a different plugin.

Hello @codersantosh,
I’m trying to rebuild the page using Module Gallery Block, but I’m having issues.
(The page I built before was created with the Gallery 2 Template, which uses the Gallery Widget.)
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
1. Created new page.
2. Set Page Options.
3. Clicked the + at the top of the page to open the Toggle Block Inserter.
4. Under “Gutentor Modules” I selected “Gallery”
5. Under “Settings” I Enabled Masonry and changed the number of columns to 4.
6. I clicked on one of the columns and chose Image, then uploaded my image. There is no option to link to another page by clicking on the image. There is also no way to add a title to the image like the Gallery Widget does – the Gallery Widget allows you to add a title on top of the image, plus a background color that appears when you hover over the image. The title and background color features are very important to me.
Please tell me what I’m doing wrong. Or, is there a way to add custom code to the page I already built, so the gallery images (not just the titles) will link to another page?

Hello @codersantosh
I have done that many times, but the only option available is still Enable Link on Title. After deselecting Enable Link on Title, I also saved the page to see if that made a difference, but it did not. I cannot get the other options to appear. Here’s screenshot with Enable Link on Title deselected.
