I’ve done all those things. The functions.php in wp-includes does not end with a ?>.

I’m seeing the same issue with my site. When disabled the plugin the slider, using jQuery, is fine. Enabled. Broken.

It also breaks my portfolio which also using jQuery to sort the categories.

Well, turns out it was IE. Don’t know why, but everything’s okay in Firefox, which is my browser of preference anyhow. I just didn’t have access yesterday.

I just tested this with Firefox and it works fine. So the issue appears to be with IE, which as usual is a nightmare to figure out.

I think I might just do something else now to pull it off… great!
