Is there a way for me to export the specific SQL table with the posts/comments and then import it onto the new database (and then delete the old database)?

I should add, I still have the old database online (where I believe the old post/comment info is located?).

nevermind — i think i’ve fixed it, but i can’t figure out how to move the artist/song down to a new line without having the colon from “listening to:” come with it. can someone help me with that… simple fix, probably?

i’m trying to get the music that i’ve listened to for each post to show up on the right sidebar when someone is looking at the post. check out what is happening — does the text for the “listening to:” look really small to you?

I noticed that something with the quotes was messing it up, actually. Ironic.

Anyway, thanks for all the help. My new site is slowly coming together and I’m getting the hang of wordpress.

… when i make a certain post followed by another, it makes the one in front of it invisible on the website.

and for some reason i can’t make a particular post — it just won’t show up.

but now my archive pages have disappeared and i get a 404 error (my monthly pages) — what do i do, then?

what do you do when all of your pages suddenly give a 500 internal server error?

so, i’ve got it shown up in my program but it doesnt allow me to edit it — does this mean i might have to edit the permissions with my hosting provider?
