Do you have an .htaccess file in place? If so, can you remove that and test?

If that’s not the case, can you check the Square logs? That’s under WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs. Please make sure that debug is enabled. We talk about that here.

Are you using SSL on your site (https)?

Are there any errors on the front end when you go through checkout?

Did you perform the conflict testing steps?

The best way to determine this is to:
?

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

All our official payment extensions supported in Europe will be updated to support strong customer authentication before that deadline.

Stripe is the first one on our radar, and even though the exact timeline isn’t confirmed, you can expect an update around June.
