How can add more filed for our client, showcase and other?

I got in another problem.
When i setup my permalink setting by post name, my wordpress does not working, even i am not able to re-setup my previous setting. I am currently using local server that is xampp. i can fin the solution for wamp, by i can not find the solution for xampp, where from i can setup this apche module option from xampp. Can you please solve my these problem.

I want to create a web page by coding normally own(without using any cms).
But i want to add a blog page in my web page by using wordpress.
I can do. I will just add the link page of wordpress in a menu in my main webpage.
But the problem is, when i will do it, first i can go the blog page(by create wordpress) from my main row page. But when i will in the blog page, in the nav menu, how can i add my menu url (which will be my main web pages menu url).
Can i make sense what i need.
Please if anyone solve my this problem would be very good for me.
