@moon0326, it seems the issue has nothing to do with the plugins. I installed the site locally with all the plugins present here and locally I have the buttons present but they are still absent on real site.

There are three differences between my local copy and our development site:
1 Locally I have no WP Rocket plugin installed as it goes with Rocket.net hosting. I checked the settings there and haven’t found any settings which could affect the buttons.
2 Locally I have no Cloudflare, obviously. But I can not see, how it could affect those buttons. We are purging the cache on regular basis as the site is active development.
3 Locally I have no connection to the Stripe account. Both our stage and production sites have the connection and we there are no buttons. All three of the environments have test mode enabled.

My assumption is that 3rd item has something to do with the issue. Could you check please?

@moon0326, here is our site in development. You can use this product to add to cart and see the checkout. Other products may need registration.

The settings are set. Unfortunately I’m having an issue with attaching screenshots to my comment, but all the settings you mentioned are enabled.

We still have the same issue even with 9.1.1 version of the “WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway”.
Our domain is present in Stripe account payment method domain’s page and Google Pay and Apple Pay is explicitly activated there. The express checkout is enabled in Payment settings and customized to be shown on checkout. But there are no buttons on the checkout page, and in src of stripe iframe we can see this: &publicOptions[wallets][applePay]=never&publicOptions[wallets][googlePay]=never
so it explicitly set to not to show the buttons.

How it can be fixed?
