I just purchase this plugin for 5 site and send a support query but there is no reply from them. I feel bad since the support is bad compared to another plugin that import from aliexpress.
So what I asked in my query was something like this;
As I imported more than 1000 products, all the pictures was saved into my server and consumed around 5gb space. So I want to know if they can save the space because the one i am using from other developer is not using much space compared to wooshark.
It has been almost 2 days (GMT+8) but no reply from their support yet.
Hopefully they find my post here and they will answer me soon.
