Please run GPSI status test to confirm whether RapidLoad optimization is reflected on Google Page Speed Insight. 99% of the time it is the page cache which is not helping reflect the changes. if you have cleared the cache and it is still not reflecting. Send your website and a temporary user access to our support and we will take a look at for you.

It is the expected behaviour of CriticalCSS you will have to wait until it completes the job and injects the critical css to head. if the CSS file is there to optimize RapidLoad will optimize it.

I did inspect your site and i can see the optimized RapidLoad files are not injected into the page. enable “Parse All CSS Files” option in RapidLoad to fix this issue. it is probably caused by the CDN url.

I tried to reach you via the phone but says user busy. we had a downtime yesterday this caused couple users account inaccessible. the accounts are now accessible and also notified effected users with a mail. i can confirm your email is included in that list.

We also had domain verification down and informed all of our users about the issue we had faced. we have taken necessary steps to inform our users about the incident.

Thank you for sending support tickets regarding the issue and we have responded with how you can reset your password and get access to your account. at first place you cannot use the plugin if your account is inaccessible. not sure how the page speed went down.

Anyways i have went ahead and refunded your payment as you are not satisfied the service already. we are processing half a million requests per day already and we have 100s of trusted users who are actively using the plugin and getting best pagespeed results for their sites.
