The percentage shown on RapidLoad is real and it will reduce your CSS size by 79%. If your server has Gzip or Brotli means you have added advantage of getting your CSS size even smaller. If RapidLoad results are applied on your site you will have an even smaller CSS size.
It will take time to process your pages. You can check your progress on the RapidLoad options page. The page is successfully processed and you have a successful GPSI status result you will see the results being reflected on the frontend.
On a side note if you are checking on your browser inspect you might not see the RapidLoad CSS files because we will load the original CSS files on user interaction. This option is turned on by default. You can run a GPSI test on the Rapidload options page to confirm that it is doing its job. If you are having trouble simply shoot a message to our support team, they will help you out.

Thank you for being patient I have been away over the weekend. You are correct, you were talking about the compressed file size which is 19.3 KB but RapidLoad looks into the raw file size (uncompressed file size) which is 101 KB. It is around what our website results show. RapidLoad cuts down the size from the uncompressed file size. You will get even better results when it is compressed with Gzip or Brotli.

If the content of page gets changed, RapidLoad will refresh its cache. You can disable this feature by turning off “Disable jobs re-queuing on warnings”

We normally are not likely to deny refunds if a problem cannot be fixed by our team, but threatening to leave a bad review unless refunded made our support staff’s knee-jerk reaction of bluntly refusing. ShakeebThank you for your thorough review. True that RapidLoad cannot get the elements which are shown by Javascript. You can always add safelist rules and turn on “Load original CSS” option to bypass it.
