I have the same problem. On one domain is working OK on two others no way to import. Only blank screen after I press Next button. I try with default theme, fresh installation nothing… Really strange because server is the same, importing data are the same… It looks like if you have lucky it will work.
I both cases where I have problems folder /wp-content/uploads/wysija/import was not created. I need to do it manually. I check permissions and are completely the same like on “testing” page where I don’t have any problems.
I compare setting with “testing” version and “problematic” version and all settings are the same too. Im importing the same file.
I reinstall plug-in but no success.
