my team suggested to jump on call that way we can do a screen share and we can be with you while you do an audit.
We are being too possessive because our site is about to launch in three different countries with three different languages. This plugin is used in 8 other websites connected with the main site. If it the main site breaks it will affect all other site. It’s very critical for us to give you the whole access. Hope you understand.

Which one works best to solve this issue as soon as possible. Let me know I can talk with my team lead and we can move ahead.

The reason why we were not using an open-street map is because it doesn’t allocate the city while I was adding the longitudes and latitudes.

That will be my second concern.
