I don’t think so, this looks like a new person to me as it’s the first time they buy from me. How would that make a difference, I’m really confused about how it happened as other customers are being charged the tax and Province is being entered.

It’s the PayPal Express checkout they used the yellow PayPal button as on the order it says PayPal Checkout. This seems like an isolated incident as it only happened with the same customer as my other orders have no issues and tax is being charged. The problem I see with this customer’s order is that the Province isn’t showing in the billing and shipping address. You need to enter the Province for it to calculate the taxes and how are they able to checkout without entering that?

Hi, my issue is resolved, it was an issue on PayPal’s side. They were apparently doing an update and some of there services were down. Thanks again

Issue still present with update 3.0.2.

I don’t have 2.3.6 active, I have 3.0.1 active. Didn’t have this error with version 2.3.6. I have attached two 2 screenshots Image 1 and Image 2 showing the settings page.

SG Optimizer plugin was causing an issue turned off Minify HTML Output and error goes away.

Just to mention that is my Canadian website, our US website is https://www.rexoseal.com, they are the same site. Searched up the error code and told me it means that order number has already been used on my US website. I guess now my question is how do I change the order number on my Canadian website so I can avoid this error again? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the help guys, figured out my issue it was SiteGrounds Optimizer plugin, I turned off Defer Render-Blocking JS and my errors went away. Some issues with that setting causing the errors. Thanks again.
