In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] Cant get caching to work@eigenwijsheid I’m sorry for the delay, we have plenty of requests to update or make new integrations, so we are a bit busier than usual. Anyway, I moved this task to high priority line, I hope you will have results in the next two weeks.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] CONSTANT MINOR UPDATESHello @manhattancenters ,
Thank you for the feedback and I am sorry for this issue. I understand that we’ve delivered not the best experience for some agencies, users with multiple sites on account.
Our normal schedule is one update per two weeks (APBCT has up to 30+ integrations with third party plugins that requires us to update APBCT regularly to keep integrations up to date). In this week, updates have been made because of changes in the cloud. We do changes like this very rarely, I believe last time same changes were made 5-7 years ago, as result we forgot to account some little details and had to release an update for update. Nobody is happy because of this, we are going to make some conclusions.
Also, it is a good idea to enable the Auto-updates for Anti-Spam by CleanTalk, Security by CleanTalk. In this way you delegate updates to WordPress,
WordPress console -> Plugins -> PLUGIN_NAME -> Enable auto-updates
Last time an emergency like this happened maybe two years ago. We do our best to release in one shot.

Thank you for replying! Let me ask a few questions more,
- Do you manage the website alone or anybody else has administrative rights to the site? There is a change that co-workers, freelancers changed the option.
- Do you use wp-disquz? I’ve found that that plugin allows comments without approval https://wpdiscuz.com/community/troubleshooting/manually-approving-comments-before-they-appear/
- Could you please deactivate, delete and install Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. Is the option ‘Comment must be manually approved‘ in same state (On) as before installation of the plugin?
I hope you will have time to check and do steps above, share to me results.
Despite we could not reproduce the issue in our test environment, we are going to double-check source code of the plugin in next release cycle. So, I will write you back in two weeks.
@dominatemmm,
To figure out this issue we need your help. Is the option below turned on or off?WordPress Console -> Settings -> Discussion -> “Comment must be manually approved”
Regards.Hello?@dominatemmm,
Thank you for the feedback and I am sorry for this issue!
We need extra time for additional investigation for this case, me or my colleagues will write you as we double-check everything out.
Maybe there is a collision between filters in the cloud and plugin settings.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk] Removed / Abandoned PluginsHello @wpcsphil,
Thank you for the great questions!
No, CleanTalk does not inform about unsupported or removed plugins.But we are close to release (2-3 weeks) a function that informs users about known vulnerabilities among installed plugins and themes. A beta version is available, you can turn this option on,
WordPress console -> Settings -> Security by CleanTalk -> General Settings -> Modules vulnerability detection
This feature helps to stay secure, even a plugin doesn’t have updates for a long time frame.PS Have you ever really used ‘Removed or Abandoned Plugins’ feature? What was your reaction if you got a notice that a plugin could be abandoned?
