I doubt we’ll ever do more than temporarily stop the problem. It’s like virus strains becoming resistant to antibiotics…in a way. Adaptation happens. It’s just a shame that these idiots are out there doing this. I mean, come on…who even cares about these links to casinos and things? They’d have better luck looking for a target audience instead of pissing off the masses. Oh well.

I meant to come back to let you know my bloglet problem is solved. It was a matter of that little number 2. Works like a charm now.

Another weird thing…now not all my posts are showing; some have disappeared. They all are in the edit posts screen in the control panel, but are missing in index.php? The only thing I’ve done is install this code, and deactivate the blacklist plugin. (nevermind this one…I figured this part out)

This is my error:

I like what you’ve done…I seem to have messed up installing it, though…probably did not place the code correctly in wp-comments-post.php – can you take a quick look for me? I greatly appreciate your help!

I just installed this…I’d be most pleased if someone would try it out and let me know if it seems to be working properly. With the blacklist plugin also installed, I am having trouble posting my own comments…I keep ending up in my own blacklist.

Well, I just can’t seem to figure out the mechanics of making spacing between the link categories. It annoys me to have them all jammed together like this.

Alas, I can’t take much credit for the way the link works in the header. Alex King’s Dots template is what I based it on…I just changed to graphics and messed with it a little. It’s in the css of that template, though. Should be at bloggia.com, if you want to play with the idea. Thanks, tho!
