    ^^; Sorry, I remember another question…
When I first installed WP there was the WP-generated test post. Instead of editing that one, I deleted it. Later when I was taking stock of the list of test posts I had made in the Edit area, I noticed that post ID 1 was missing, even though post 1 doesn’t exist anymore. Is it supposed to do that? If I wanted to utilize that post ID just for the sake of having a complete set of IDs, is it possible to free it up so that the oldest post I have in my existing journal will be post 1 when I start transferring them over?

That happened to me briefly…it had to do with the cookies that were already stored on my machine. Somehow the relevant one for the post I was testing out got duplicated. I dumped them all and it was fine after that.

No, I didn’t, because I know the site admin (there’s only one) won’t be able to. d-x is getting really big and he’s only one guy who doesn’t have barely enough time to take care of it all.
^^ It’s okay. I’m going to do it manually so that I can save my comments (third-party system) and have the chance to ditch some of the more useless entries… But thanks for the suggestions!

None of the above that I know of. D-x doesn’t have any features for its users to export or download the diary. I was kinda hoping it was a sort of ‘sting and suck it all out’ sort of operation… Rats!
