Thanks so much for the information! I tried your suggestion and it worked. So I made changes step by step and it appears that emails don’t send on my end whenever there’s an address in “Send Bounces To Email
Address Override.” Not sure why–but that’s what seemed to be causing the hang up on my end.

I’m having this problem, too. I updated to to version 4.7.9 yesterday, and after years of working flawlessly, Email Users no longer sends out emails for me.

I’ve taken the same steps d_enajetic has and no results. My error log shows no errors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oops. Not sure how I missed that! But you’re right–that was the problem. I’m going to try to the revert back to the 1.23 release that you have right now and see if it works. The master file you provided in another thread is working flawlessly.

I was able to get to the appropriate table via phpMyAdmin and export the file as a CSV. I’m just not real sure what in the file I need to fix in order to push it back.

It was 2.0.X to the newest version. Now, I’m not sure if happened between the 1.3.X to the 2.0 update or between the latest updates. I didn’t think to check.

I, too, am having this problem, among other things (like timing out).

You know, I don’t know. I don’t believe so. I don’t think I receive mail at all.
