for #2 I faced the same issue and its because of Litespeed Cache I deactivated and then I can see any changes immediately without to logout and login. but I don’t know how to solve it.

i got the issue because my site is RTL using (TranslatePress plugin ) and I think woocommerce email style not supporting RTL. do you any idea how I can fix that?

thanks for your reply. I tried the code yea it makes the width 50% but they not come beside each other. I mean still 1 column with width 50%. the vendors still under each other not 2 by 2.

I enabled these features 1 by 1 and no changes.

I tried to add this code to CSS file, It did some changes but not good

body.translatepress-en_US *{
direction: rtl !important;
unicode-bidi: embed !important;
}

there are other options to try it?

for more clarification:
my default language is Arabic and my site is RTL. when I change the language its changes from RTL to LTR which I dont need. I want to keep my Site RTL.
