I can probably get this information; I just need to know overall what I need to do to fix this? I apologize for now replying sooner; I just feel like a cat chasing its tail.
If someone else “owns” these files, what must I do to get the images to display correctly?
I live in Wisconsin; are there any individuals who live near Madison,WI I might be able to get together with for support?
    Thanks!!

I changed them to 777. They were 644.
Is there an article on the site I can read as to what permissions certain of these folders should be?
It seems that the rest of the WP data is working pretty smoothly and is operational.

Changed them to 777…still won’t respond. Are there other file directories that need to be changed to “sync” all the data together?
I hadn’t changed any setting since the Install. I am confused as to why this is causing so many problems??
The media-button-image, media-button-music, media-button-other, and media-button-video are 4 other examples that do not display correctly, along with many others. I updated these permissions to 777 also, and no effect.
Is it possible the UTF-8 encoding should be changed?

It’s not images I upload, the original problem is the basic graphics within the WP Admin Panel don’t work. Any line with an image, simply dispays the graphics icon where an image should be. Make sense?
It was this way when I installed it.
Let’s try this, I logged out of my admin, and I created a temporary page you can view a screenshot on that I put there.

I’m assuming that this error you will see is what is causing other pictures not to display.
    Thanks again!
